INGREDIENTS:

Glutathione (reduced as GSH), plant capsule made of hydroxypropyl cellulose and gellan gum, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese diglycinate, L-selenomethionine, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid.

Reduced glutathione (GSH)        300 mg
Vitamin C 75 mg
Vitamin E 12 mg
Zinc 6 mg
Manganese 1 mg
Folic acid 300 mcg
Selenium 20 mcg
Vitamin B12 5 mcg

USAGE:

1 capsule daily, taken with a sufficient amount of water.

Glutathione should be consumed at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating. Glutathione MSE is resistant to stomach acid.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use in individuals allergic to the ingredients of the preparation. The product is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
