INGREDIENTS:

concentrate of fish oil from anchovy (anchois) and sardines, gelatin, moisture-retaining substance: glycerol (glycerin), purified water, antioxidant: vitamin E.

eicosapentaenoic acid EPA 500 mg 1000 mg
docosahexaenoic acid DHA 250 mg 500 mg

USAGE:

1-2 times daily, 1 capsule each time. Best taken with a meal, accompanied by a sufficient amount of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use in individuals allergic to the ingredients of the preparation.
