DESCRIPTION:

Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, plant capsule shell: glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, including: 823 mg
Alpha-ketoglutarate 655 mg
Calcium 168 mg (21% NRV*)

USAGE:

2 capsules daily, regardless of meals, taken with an appropriate amount of water.
