USAGE:

1 capsule, in the morning with a meal, drink with sufficient water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and eat a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
