INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin K2 Mk-7, vitamin D3, microcrystalline cellulose, modified cellulose, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, esters of fatty acids and ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, rosemary extract, modified food starch, medium-chain triglycerides, sucrose.

Vitamin K2 Mk-7 (from MenaQ7) 180 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Exercise caution when using this product if you are taking blood-thinning medications (e.g., warfarin).

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
