Per daily serving

(2 scoops)
L-glutamine 10 g

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Add 1 scoop to 240 ml of juice or protein shake and mix well. Take one hour before training. Repeat after exercise or before sleep.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Avoid use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have liver problems.
If you are sensitive to monosodium glutamate, you may be sensitive to glutamine, as the body converts glutamine into glutamate. It is recommended to supplement with B vitamins during long-term L-glutamine use.
If you are ill, trying to conceive, under 18 years old, or taking medication, consult a doctor before using this product.

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
