USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

4 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal.

Do not use with other protein supplements.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
