B-Vit Max is a dietary supplement that contains selected B vitamins with a broad range of effects.

B-group vitamins are essential water-soluble compounds for the body that participate in energy metabolism, nervous system function, and cellular well-being. There are eight different vitamins in this group, each with its own unique role in the body's functions.

B vitamins are cornerstones of energy metabolism. They help the body convert nutrients into energy, maintain nervous system health, and support the well-being of skin, hair, and nails. Since B vitamins are water-soluble, the body does not store them in significant amounts, so obtaining them from food or supplements is important.

The composition has been enriched with an absorbable form of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), the active form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P), active folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), and BioPerine® black pepper extract. The ingredients are enclosed in a plant-based Vcaps® capsule.

Black pepper supports digestion and nutrient absorption and enhances the effectiveness of plant-based ingredients.

The product does not contain synthetic fillers, anti-caking agents, or colorants.

Everything you need to know about B vitamins

B vitamins are essential water-soluble compounds for the body that participate in energy metabolism, nervous system function, and cellular well-being. There are eight different B vitamins, each with its own unique role in the body's functions. Multivitamins containing all B vitamins are an excellent way to ensure adequate intake.

What are B vitamins?

B vitamins are cornerstones of energy metabolism. They help the body convert nutrients into energy, maintain nervous system health, and support the well-being of skin, hair, and nails. Since B vitamins are water-soluble, the body does not store them in significant amounts, so obtaining them from food or supplements is important.

Functions and sources of B vitamins

B12 (cobalamin):

Supports nervous system health and red blood cell production.

Who especially needs B vitamins?

B vitamins are necessary for everyone, but certain groups may particularly benefit from additional intake:

  • Vegetarians and vegans: Especially B12 intake can be challenging.
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers: Folate is critical for fetal development.
  • Older adults: Absorption of B vitamins decreases with age.
  • Active individuals: B vitamins support energy production and recovery.

B vitamin deficiency: symptoms and risks

Insufficient intake of B vitamins can cause many health problems, such as:

  • Fatigue and reduced concentration.
  • Nervous system dysfunctions, such as tingling or numbness.
  • Impaired condition of skin, hair, and nails.
