HOW TO USE:

Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water. Stir well and consume.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in children, pregnant women, and during lactation.Daily creatine intake may increase the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age. The beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine combined with resistance training that allows gradual increase of loads and should be performed at least three times a week for several weeks, with training intensity of at least 65–75% of the maximum single load. The product is intended for adults over 55 years of age who perform regular resistance training. Maximum single load means the maximum weight a person can lift or the maximum force they can exert in one repetition.

It should be remembered that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended.

Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient of the supplement.

Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
