WHY TRIBULUS?
Tribulus terrestris is an ancient medicinal plant. It has been used especially in China, but it originally comes from the Mediterranean. The plant affects hormone function and muscle strength.
Tribulus terrestris increases the production of luteinizing hormone (LH) by the pituitary gland. Luteinizing hormone in turn regulates testosterone production in the testes.
Testosterone:
- increases muscle strength and helps build muscles
- speeds up recovery from sports performance
In women, Tribulus terrestris promotes testosterone formation in the adrenal cortex. Tribulus terrestris enhances sexual desire in women whose lack of desire is due to hormonal factors. Tribulus may be beneficial during menopause to balance hormonal fluctuations.
WHY REISHI?
Reishi, or lacquer fungus, is a decomposer mushroom that grows even in southern Finland and has been used for thousands of years to treat various ailments in Chinese medicine. Reishi is an adaptogen. It adjusts the body's functions according to the prevailing situation. Adaptogens are very safe to use and affect many body mechanisms simultaneously by adapting the body.
Adaptogens are recommended in courses so that the body does not become too accustomed to the adaptogen's mechanism of action.

RECOMMENDED USE
Pour 3 g of coffee (one teaspoon) into 150 ml of hot water (max. 80°C) and stir. Drink 2-3 times a day.

The product should not be used if you are taking blood pressure or diabetes medication. Do not use for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product contains caffeine.
