
Avocado chocolate mousse

Good news: chocolate cravings are no longer a problem!
This recipe is as healthy as you can imagine. Avocados are naturally high in potassium and omega-3 fatty acids. When combined with chocolate, the combination is not only healthy but also delicious.
This creamy, smooth mousse is quick, easy and great for dessert or breakfast.
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooling time: 2 hours
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
30 gr EVAH Elixir | Sands of Nairobi powder
80 gr melted dark chocolate
3-4 tablespoons plant-based milk
30 g maple syrup (or honey)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Topping: hazelnuts and/or chocolate chips
GUIDE
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Then pour the mixture into bowls or glasses and let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours. Your dessert is ready!
NOTE: You can use dates instead of avocado, just remember to increase the amount of milk to get the desired consistency.
