Shake before use. Use diluted: 1 teaspoon in water, other cool liquid, or room temperature liquid. Use within 6 months after opening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition are important and cannot be replaced by dietary supplements. Those on medication should consult a doctor or pharmacy staff before use. Not recommended for children under 3 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
