INGREDIENTS: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 10:1, L-cysteine, L-methionine, zinc picolinate (zinc), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense) standardized to contain min. 7% silicon dioxide, copper gluconate (copper), calcium-D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), filler (calcium phosphate), D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), capsule composition: plant cellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 capsule once daily. Swallow with plenty of water after the first meal. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
