USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with a meal

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Flaxseed oil is generally well tolerated but may be associated with mild transient gastrointestinal disturbances. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are allergic to flaxseeds.
