Per daily serving

(2 teaspoons - 4.4 g)
Potassium (from potassium gluconate)       700 mg (35%)*

*RDI - reference daily intake value

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1/2 flat teaspoon 1 to 4 times daily in separate doses. Take with a meal and drink at least 240 ml of water. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any illnesses (especially heart, kidney, or diabetes), or are taking medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or potassium levels in the blood).
