DESCRIPTION:

Flaxseed oil is a natural source of the omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is considered an essential fatty acid because the body cannot produce it from other fats and must obtain it from the diet. Flaxseed oil has been shown to support cardiovascular health and help maintain healthy skin. Each softgel capsule may contain on average 50% naturally occurring alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).

INGREDIENTS:

oil from common flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum); capsule ingredients: glazing agents (glycerol, hydroxypropyl starch, carrageenan).

oil from common flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) (Flax)

(cold-pressed, without the use of hexane)

 1000 mg

USAGE:

1 capsule 1-3 times daily with a meal, accompanied by a glass of water.
