DESCRIPTION:

NOW® Mega D-3 and MK-7 combines vitamins D3 and K2, two nutrients widely studied for their role in bone, teeth, and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D3 works with calcium to support proper bone structure, and recent research indicates it is also important for immune system health. MenaQ7® MK-7 is a unique, soy-free, bioavailable form of vitamin K2 that plays a key role in arterial health by supporting proper calcium metabolism in blood vessels and arteries. Vitamin K2 is also important for building strong, healthy bones.

INGREDIENTS:

anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin K2 (MK-7 MenaQ7, menaquinone), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

USAGE:

1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the results with a doctor or pharmacist. The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product and two weeks before planned surgery or procedure. People using psoriasis medications, anticoagulants, thiazide diuretics with hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or hyperparathyroidism should consult a doctor before using the product. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle should be followed.
