DESCRIPTION:

Magnesium deficiencies can cause irritability, affect the condition of bones, nails, and hair - causing excessive brittleness and fragility. Chronic deficiencies of this mineral may lead to faster development of osteoporotic degenerations and frequent muscle cramps.



INGREDIENTS:

magnesium diglycinate, anti-caking agents (hydroxypropylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, powdered cellulose).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 tablet 1-3 times daily with a meal, drinking a glass of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking medication or with health conditions should consult a doctor before use.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place, out of reach of small children.
