Magnesium (from magnesium citrate), cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

Ingredients Per daily portion (3 capsules)
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 400 mg

USAGE:

3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses and with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking medication or with health conditions should consult a doctor before use.
