INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate), hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian coating, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid (plant source) and magnesium stearate (plant source).

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 400 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

2 tablets daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking medication or with health conditions should consult a doctor before use.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place, out of reach of small children.
