DESCRIPTION:

Kelp has been used for centuries as an important basic nutrient in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisine. It is also an excellent source of iodine, which has been found essential for proper thyroid function.

INGREDIENTS:

Iodine (from organic kelp), cellulose, fatty acids (plant source), magnesium salts of fatty acids, vegetarian coating.

Ingredients 1 tablet %NRV
Iodine (from organic kelp) 150 mcg 100%

USAGE:

1 tablet daily with a meal

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Caution is advised during pregnancy/breastfeeding, when taking medications (especially thyroid medications), taking other supplements containing iodine, or in case of diseases (especially thyroid).
