DESCRIPTION:

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid; therefore, it is not synthesized by the body and must be supplied through food. Tryptophan is crucial for the production of serotonin and melatonin, which help maintain a positive mood, proper sleep patterns, and the correct functioning of the immune system.

INGREDIENTS:

L-tryptophan, anti-caking agents (sodium carboxymethylcellulose crosslinked hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids, magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (powdered cellulose).

L-tryptophan 1000 mg

USAGE:

1 tablet daily in the evening with a glass of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.

STORAGE:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
