L-Methionine, vitamin B6, gelatin, magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

Ingredients Per daily serving (2 capsules)
L-Methionine (free form)      1000 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)      20 mg

USAGE:

2 capsules daily if needed, preferably on an empty stomach

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have medical conditions. L-methionine may increase homocysteine levels in the blood in some individuals.
