DESCRIPTION:

Choline and inositol belong to the B-vitamin family. Choline is essential for proper synaptic transmission, brain health, and fatty acid metabolism in the liver. Inositol is also essential for brain and nervous system health. Both choline and inositol are essential components of all cell membranes.

INGREDIENTS:

Choline, inositol, hypromellose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Ingredients Per daily serving (1 capsule)
Choline (from choline bitartrate) 250 mg
Inositol 250 mg

USAGE:

1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
