Iron is an essential mineral component, playing a central role in energy production, immune system function, and the nervous system. Iron is a key component of hemoglobin, the molecule that transports oxygen to the body's cells, as well as myoglobin, which binds oxygen used in muscle tissue.

Organic Chinese angelica (angelica sinensis) (rhizome/root), red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (leaf), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (from Ferrochel ferrous bisglycinate), folic acid DFE (200 mcg folic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), filler: cellulose, carriers: fatty acids (plant source), cross-linked cellulose gum; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

One (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
