Iron (iron amino acid chelate), rice flour, cellulose (capsule), magnesium salts of plant-derived fatty acids, and silica.

Usage:
1 capsule daily with a meal.

Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
