USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant / breastfeeding, taking medication (especially those that may affect blood glucose levels), or have a medical condition (especially blood sugar control disorders).

Diabetes: use only under medical supervision.
