DESCRIPTION:

Fenugreek is one of the oldest herbs traditionally used in ancient Greece, Egypt, and China. Fenugreek is an excellent supplement to the daily diet.

Fenugreek seeds support digestion and help balance stomach pH. Fenugreek is also used for sugar-related problems. A study conducted in India on people given insulin showed that powdered fenugreek seeds lower blood glucose and harmful fats.

INGREDIENTS:

Common fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seeds), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; carrier: fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

USAGE:

2 capsules 1-3 times a day.
