USAGE:

2 capsules daily with 250-500 ml of water

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. The product contains niacin, which may cause temporary redness, tingling, or flushing of the skin. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking medication, or have medical conditions. Discontinue use if nervousness, insomnia, or nausea occur.
