Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol and a mixture of tocopherols: d-beta, d-delta, d-gamma), selenium, gelatin, glycerin, water, carob, soybean oil, beeswax, soy lecithin.

Vitamin E (as non-esterified d-alpha-tocopherol)     268 mg
Selenium (from selenium yeast) 100 mcg
Natural mixed tocopherols (d-beta, d-gamma, d-delta)   48 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
