INGREDIENTS:

D-alpha tocopherol (from soy), capsule ingredients: gelatin, glazing agent (glycerol), extra virgin olive oil, mixed tocopherols (beta-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol).

1 capsule contains 670 mg of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) (1000 IU*).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule every 7 days with a meal, taken with a glass of water. Take 1 capsule once a week on a chosen day, e.g., Monday.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
