DESCRIPTION:

Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient well known for its essential role in the immune system. Vitamin C is also necessary for the production of collagen (a structural protein in connective tissue), making it important for the health of skin, bones, and joints. Additionally, Vitamin C is required for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and the utilization of many nutrients such as folic acid and iron. It is also a very effective antioxidant that can help maintain healthy tissues by neutralizing free radicals.

INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), calcium, citrus bioflavonoids, gelatin, cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source).

Ingredients Per serving (1 capsule)
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 500 mg
Calcium (calcium ascorbate) 55 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids 10 mg

USAGE:

1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
