INGREDIENTS:

CarnoSyn Beta-alanine, rice flour, hypromellose, fatty acids (plant source), ascorbyl palmitate.

Ingredients Per daily serving (9 capsules)      
CarnoSyn Beta-alanine        6750 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with water or your favorite drink. For best results, maintain at least a 2-hour break between servings.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Beta-alanine may cause harmless, temporary skin tingling in some individuals. After several weeks of beta-alanine supplementation, this sensation usually decreases or disappears. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking medication, or have medical conditions.
