DESCRIPTION:
Arginine is essential for the proper elimination of urea from the body. Ornithine is synthesized from arginine and is a precursor of citrulline, proline, and glutamic acid. Both of these amino acids are popular among athletes and physically active individuals.
INGREDIENTS:

L-arginine (free form), L-ornithine (free form), capsule shell (thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); acidity regulator: calcium citrate; carrier: fatty acids (plant source).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

2 capsules daily, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach, before exercise or before sleep.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
