DESCRIPTION:

Apple pectin is a water-soluble fiber that forms a gel when mixed with water. As a dietary fiber, apple pectin may help support good gut health. Natural color variations may occur in this product.

INGREDIENTS:

Apple pectin (powdered), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (cellulose); anti-caking agent (vegetable fatty acids).

Ingredients: 2 capsules 4 capsules
apple pectin (powdered) 1400 mg 2800 mg

USAGE:

2 capsules 1-2 times daily, taken with 1 to 1.5 glasses of water (236 ml to 300 ml) 30 minutes before a meal. Additionally, increase water intake by 1-2 glasses throughout the day. Start with 2 capsules daily and gradually increase to 4 capsules daily over 1-2 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. Do not use if hypersensitive to any ingredient of the product. People taking medications should maintain a minimum 2-hour interval between medication and apple pectin supplement intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
