Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is naturally produced in the human body in very small amounts, but is also available from food sources. ALA is unique because it supports the body's free radical scavenging systems and can act in both aqueous and fatty environments. ALA can also recycle antioxidant vitamins C and E, thereby prolonging their action.

INGREDIENTS:


Alpha-lipoic acid, rice starch, capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

alpha-lipoic acid

250 mg

USAGE:

1 capsule 1-2 times daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
