A blend of probiotic bacteria [(Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14), Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04), Bifidobacterium longum (Bl-05), Streptococcus thermophilus (St-21), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (Lb-87), Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37)], microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule 1-2 times daily between meals or on an empty stomach.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications (especially immunosuppressants), or have any illnesses (especially if your immune system is weakened).
