seaweed oil, high-oleic sunflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; antioxidant: natural mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract; softgel capsule shell: carrageenan, modified corn starch, carrier (glycerin), sweetener (sorbitol), water, coloring (carob bean gum).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

2 capsules daily with food.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Exercise caution if allergic to iodine or using blood-thinning products.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
