CALCIUM:
Building material for bones and teeth (99% of calcium is found in bone tissue).
Health promotion: blood clotting, energy metabolism, muscle function and neurotransmitters (for sports), digestive enzyme activity
It plays a role in regulating cell division and cell differentiation.
MAGNESIUM:
Regulates calcium absorption, regular growth, elasticity, and bone tissue strength to improve activity and performance.
VITAMIN K:
Essential for activating osteocalcin, the bone structural protein. Vitamin K deficiency disrupts bone tissue structure.
VITAMIN D:
Regulates calcium absorption in the intestines and calcium reabsorption in the kidneys. Without vitamin D, most of the calcium entering the body is not absorbed.
In our complex, calcium and magnesium are in carbonate form: vitamin K in K1 form and vitamin D in D3 form.
USAGE: Adults - 1-2 tablets once or twice daily after meals - also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
