USAGE:

One (1) capsule daily with food.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication only after consultation with a doctor or specialist.

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
