INGREDIENTS:

Trimethylglycine (TMG) (as anhydrous betaine)

USAGE:

Take 1 scoop once or twice daily with or without food, or as directed by a physician.
TMG should be taken with vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid cofactors.

STORAGE:

Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place, away from small children. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

If muscle tension or headaches occur, reduce the dose or discontinue use and inform your doctor if symptoms persist.

If you are undergoing treatment for a disease, pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before using this product.
