INGREDIENTS:

Trimethylglycine (TMG) (as anhydrous betaine), glycerin, plant cellulose, purified water.

Ingredients Per daily serving (1 capsule)
Trimethylglycine TMG (as anhydrous betaine) 500 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule in the morning, with or without a meal.
TMG should be taken with cofactors vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place, away from small children. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

If muscle tension or headaches occur, reduce the dose or discontinue use and inform your doctor if symptoms persist.

If you are undergoing treatment for a disease, pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this product.
