USAGE:

2 capsules twice a day, preferably with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, have clotting disorders, are ill, pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before using this product.
