* 1000 mcg folate = 1700 mcg dietary folic acid equivalent (DFE)

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 tablet daily with food

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
