Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide [nano])

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule 3 times a day with or without food. You can take 3 capsules at once or in divided doses.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. If symptoms occur, divide the dose, reduce intake, or discontinue use of the product.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
