INGREDIENTS:

L-tryptophan, plant cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids.

Ingredients Per daily serving (3 capsules)
L-Tryptophan               1500 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily on an empty stomach. For maximum absorption, take with a small amount of carbohydrates, such as diluted juice. It is best to take foods containing protein and amino acids separately.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

If you are taking medication for depression (for example, MAOI and SSRI antidepressants), consult your doctor before using this product. Concurrent use of L-tryptophan with antidepressants may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. Symptoms include confusion, sweating, agitation, nausea, involuntary muscle spasms, and rapid heartbeat. Do not use L-tryptophan before driving or operating heavy machinery.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, ill persons, or those taking medication should consult a doctor before using this product.
