DESCRIPTION:

Organic black cumin oil is obtained from the seeds of Nigella sativa. Through gentle cold pressing and subsequent filtration, a clear, brownish oil with an aromatic scent and spicy taste is obtained. Organic black cumin oil contains a large amount of biologically active polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, which helps maintain a proper cholesterol level with a daily intake of 10 grams. This corresponds to 20 g of black cumin oil. Organic black cumin oil can be consumed directly or combined with salads and other cold appetizers. Not only the excellent properties of the oil but also the wonderful taste of black cumin have their advantages.
