This bath salt is versatile and can be used in the bathtub as well as for foot and hand baths. For a relaxing bath in the bathtub, add three tablespoons of salt to water at a temperature of 36°–38°C. For a foot bath, use one teaspoon of salt in water at a temperature of 38°–41°C. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt its use to your needs.

Can be used for compresses

Bath salt can also be used for compresses in addition to bathing. Dissolve one teaspoon of salt in water and apply to the desired area. This can be particularly useful for relieving muscle pain or inflammation. Compresses with bath salt can also help remove toxins and promote skin healing.
