The oil is made from small seeds of a plant called black cumin (nigella sativa), or black caraway. It originates from the regions of Turkey and Iraq and now also grows wild in countries around the Mediterranean basin.

Black cumin contains, among other things, various fatty acids (linoleic acid, the very rare eicosadienoic acid in nature, and palmitic acid), phytosterols and phospholipids, flavonoids, alkaloids, proteins, vitamins (A, B1, B3, B6, E, F), and minerals.

Ingredients:

black cumin seed oil (73%), edible gelatin, humectant: glycerol, antioxidant: a mixture of naturally derived tocopherols.

Usage:

3 times a day, 2 capsules with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
