DESCRIPTION:

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is an adaptogenic plant. It helps reduce stress, combat fatigue, and increase endurance. It releases substances that affect the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. There, they help activate mechanisms that regulate the release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).

INGREDIENTS:

Powdered maca root.

USAGE:

1-2 times a day, dissolve 1 teaspoon of maca (approx. 5 g) in about 200 ml of water or add to food.

STORAGE:

Store closed in a dry place.
